Makro
Steven Abbott Associates is retained by Makro. The company is a leader in wholesale
warehousing facilities for the use of professional/business members. We have
worked with Makro’s team in securing planning permission for the modernisation
and extension of its Rayleigh premises, in Essex. Architects Leach Rhodes Walker
undertook all design and project management responsibilities.
This involved major extensions to the premises (20%); in addition, the construction
of a car park canopy (a new concept in the UK) and several revisions to a planning
obligation.
We are also advising the company on its extant planning permission for offices
in Eccles, Greater Manchester |
