Proposals
Peter Dickinson has designed a high quality mixed use scheme which incorporates the following:
- Residential dwellings located on the land surrounding East Quarry;
- ‘Floating Homes’ on the East Quarry water;
- A ‘Floating Restaurant’ on the East Quarry water;
- A hotel on the East Quarry site;
- A car park on West Quarry;
- A new area of open space incorporating a permanent Trim-Trail course on West Quarry;
- A site for a new Community Centre on West Quarry.
