Keith Jones

Keith joined the Practice in January 2008 as an Associate. Keith has specialised knowledge in retail planning; a key sector for Steven Abbott Associates.

Keith has advised on a number of major planning applications and broad strategies on behalf of clients across the public and private sectors, including the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams and attendance as an expert witness at public inquiries.

Keith’s recent instructions have included:

  • The construction of new supermarkets and retail parks
  • Representing clients at Core Strategy Hearings
  • Providing expert retail planning advice at public inquiry
  • Securing lawful development certificates.
