Paul Lester

Paul joined Steven Abbott Associates in January 2010 as an Associate. Prior to joining Steven Abbott Associates, Paul spent six years working for planning consultancies’ DPP and RPS. Paul has a wide range of experience acting for both public and private sector clients, including working on a range of residential, leisure and retail developments throughout the country.

Paul has a particular knowledge of retail planning which has been developed over a number of years on numerous major retail planning applications in the North West for a range of food and non food clients. Paul’s work has involved extensive quantitative retail analysis, including the preparation and critique of numerous Retail Impact Assessments and the management of multi disciplinary teams on a range of projects.
