Planning Applications

We prepare and manage planning and other applications in a manner which optimises the prospects of securing the desired outcome within realistic timescales.

Working with clients and other professional advisors we will seek to ensure that proposals are prepared in a thorough and comprehensive manner. We will liaise with local planning authority officers to negotiate the best solution for our clients. As part of this process we regularly undertake pre-application discussions with the local planning authority and other interested parties and prepare community consultation exercises where desirable and necessary.

After an application is submitted we will ensure that our client is kept fully informed of any requests for additional information, either from the local planning authority or any external body which may be consulted.
